11 liquor bottles seized from shop – Times of India

MOHALI: Punjab police, with the excise department, raided a general store in Tieur village and recovered 11 liquor bottles from the shop.

According to sources, the shopkeeper was involved in liquor smuggling. Police have arrested the shopkeeper and registered a case under Sections of the Excise Act.


The excise department acted on a tip that Harwinder Singh of Tieur was allegedly involved in smuggling.
