After the effort of the last years of training the Forças Armadas de Defesa de Moçambiqu (FADM) Quick Reaction Forces, EUTM Mozambique now focusses on regenerating QRF units which were deployed and training Mozambican trainers in order for the FADM to reach self-sustainability.

The QRF first went through different tests, aimed to assess the physical fitness and technical knowledge. This is necessary to improve the training provided by #EUTMMOZ. The tests included:

Physical Fitness Assessment: Rigorous physical tests, including running, swimming, strength exercises, and endurance challenges.

Technical Knowledge Evaluation: Specialized skills and knowledge. Help identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing their operational capabilities.

Meanwhile, EUTMMOZ Trainers from Dongo, continue the Train the Trainers course to FADM. After a two week training cycle in Survival, Escape, Resistance and Escape items, a Personnel Recovery exercise was put in place in order to practice their skills and impart the knowledge to future trainees.

EUTM Mozambique continues to fulfill their current Mandate in Mozambique until the last minute.
